Amrita aims high…except that she’s short

Is it true that agents are expensive? Then how come Celina Jaitley can afford them but Amrita Rao can’t?

Maybe that’s not the reason why Amrita hasn’t broken into Hollywood, but be warned, she has her eyes set on that industry. Ever since she made it into the industry (Bollywood I mean), Amrita has been restricted to girl-next-door roles, playing sweet, young characters that the guys fall in love with, after extracting themselves from the loud, evil hussies of course. 

The Ishq Vishk starlet has steadily been gaining recognition in the industry and while her latest movies had a 50% success rate (Vivah rocked and My Name is Anthony Gonsalves sucked) and she’s hoping to step into Hollywood soon.

“Aishwarya has set a trend and many Indian actresses want to head that way. The day isn't far when many of us will make it big there." Hollywood certainly features in my scheme of things. I'd love to do a good film there."

In my not so humble opinion, there is no way Amrita Rao is going to make it in Hollywood. Even Aishwarya Rai, supposedly the most beautiful woman in the world, went there to make a few crap movies and left with her tail between her legs.

Amrita’s fake laugh is not going to get her anything in Hollywood, except maybe a slap from Hugh Jackman. Harsh reality, hey? But it isn't that bad, she's still cute...that's enough to survive in Bollywood.

man tigger you are cruel to poor Amrita Rao, but like they say truth hurts...
Our Bolly babes should stick to Bollywood, if Penelope Cruz can't make it big in Hollywood, who is Ash or Amrita. Ash can only get a Pink Panther or something along those lines. What was she expecting, a Helen Hunt. Oh wait no Helen Hunt is not the Bollywood types, their type is more like Angeline Jolie ... o whatever, Ash be happy in Bollywood atleast you are treated like a goddess there.
