Shahid rollerblades in Kismat Konnection

Aw, it seemed like yesterday that Shahid Kapoor had learned how to rollerblade and already he's doing it in a movie.

Making a movie isn't the most exciting thing to do because a lot of the time, you wait around for them to get your makeup right, to fix the light, to fix the set and if you don't have a DS or PSP, in all Rollerblade_2likelihood you're gonna be quite bored. That's why co-stars become friends (and more than friends), because either they sit around and look at each other's faces or talk. Although some reports suggest that Shahid did become good friends with Vidya Balan on the sets of Kismat Konnection, he also had time to learn some new tricks.

The Chup Chup Ke actor saw a group of kids rollerblading near the sets in Toronto and he thought it looked like fun (of course it's fun, you're sliding around on wheels!), he got a pair of rollerblades for himself and started whizzing. Maybe not whizzing from the start, in all likelihood he fell on his ass, a lot. But Shahid soon got the hang of it and director Aziz Mirza liked his skills so much that he put a scene in one of the songs showing Shahid sliding around.

Well, we like Shahid whether he's using his feet or wheels.
